I started work in the beginning of April and we have our friend Alyx watching Gavin during the day. She watches him and another little baby boy, Ryder. Ryder is 3 weeks younger than Gavin but looks like he is 3 months older! They are quite the duo! Alyx is amazing with Gavin and we feel so lucky to have found someone so caring, kind and patient to take care of him while Sean and I are working. It's been a really great tran
